Inclusion Leader at Birmingham Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust

We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Leader to provide professional leadership and guidance to BDMAT’s school who is passionate about outcomes for vulnerable children and SEND. You will have experience of working in partnership with senior leaders in schools to meet challenging targets for improvements in inclusion and lead on delivering the Trust’s vision.

The role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work with our schools to develop an inclusive curriculum, create collaborative professional learning and lead on the strategic delivery of safeguarding, behaviour, diversity, equality, pupil premium and SEND.

BDMAT currently has 18 primary schools and one secondary school based across three Local Authorities across the Midlands. We serve 5,000 pupils many of whom are vulnerable due to disadvantage. The role will be part of BDMAT’s School Improvement Team and contribute to ensuring we improve outcomes for all our pupils, whilst ensuring BDMAT’s vision and values are upheld.

We welcome discussions about the role from interested candidates who are committed to making a difference.
